HOW TO JOIN

A welcoming community

BECOME A COMPANION

Are you looking for a women’s group that helps you grow spiritually while making lifelong friendships? Do you want to enrich your prayer life and connect your prayers with action in the world? Would you like to be with women of faith who share wisdom, creativity, laughter and acceptance of others?

The Companions are a faith-based group of women who care. We care about each other. We care about social justice and the needs of others. We are quiet and loud. We are serious yet fun. Above all, as Companions, we are committed to being instruments of God.

Being a Companion gives you all that and more. As a Companion, you can be the woman God created you to be. You learn from other Companions and they learn from you, as we share our faith journey. You pray for those you know and those you don’t. You develop new connections with women focused on spiritual growth, prayer and companionship in the U.S. and around the globe.

We welcome any woman who wants to follow Jesus and our Companion vows. The Companionship is rooted in the Episcopal Church. Our members include women seeking to share prayer, service and community.

TALK TO A COMPANION

A Companion will share her experience, chapter activities and how the journey to becoming a Companion begins.

Companions meet across the U.S. and in India. We meet virtually, in churches or at homes with varied formats and programs.

The first step in your journey

TALK TO A COMPANION

Companions are women just like you. And, we are women not like you. That’s what makes being a Companion so special. We all come together to share a common purpose of prayer, thanksgiving and simplicity of life. Tell us where you live below and a Companion from your area will contact you. We will not use your information for any other purpose.
